All you need is to accept your Initial Clean Up and Maintenance estimates. To receive a maintenance estimate, take current photos of your yard and send them to 480.987.6110 or office@theyardexperts.com along with some information about what you are looking for. Using those photos, we will send your estimate within 1 business day.
An Initial Clean Up is typically required to begin any recurring maintenance schedule. It is the first service we do to get your yard up to our standard, so think of it as us onboarding your yard. It may not be required if you are switching to us from another maintenance provider, or if you already maintain your yard to our standard.
Most of our services are billed Per-Man-Hour, which means we charge according to the amount of time it takes to service your yard. Initial Clean Ups are $70 PMH plus a disposal fee that depends on how much debris we remove. Bi-Weekly Maintenance is $50 PMH, Monthly Maintenance is $55 PMH and Bi-Monthly Maintenance is $60 PMH.
No. All you need to begin recurring maintenance is an Initial Clean Up, and you can cancel at any time with no fees. If you restart recurring maintenance later, another Initial Clean Up is needed once it has been more than 2 months since your last maintenance service.

Yes. Originally founded in 2004 in San Tan Valley, the Chacon family has been serving Queen Creek and the East Valley for more than 20 years. The maintenance division is run by Raul and his son Ivan, and the construction division is operated by Raul's brother Albert.
